TRENDY: Harper's Bazaar November 2013

Alright ladies, you heard 'em - pack up the glitter heels!  True confession:  I have no idea what "glitter heels" are, so that makes it easy for me to toss 'em aside.  Also no clue on "bubble necklaces."
